Born on June 28, 1963, in Tehran, Iran, she completed her primary and secondary education at French schools in Esfahan, Iran. She began her university education in Esfahan in 1983 and earned her Medical Doctor (MD) qualification in August 1989. Following her medical degree, Dr. Salehpour pursued advanced training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed a 4-year residency program in this specialty from September 1989 to September 1993 in Esfahan, Iran. She further enhanced her expertise by undertaking a 1-year fellowship in infertility and in vitro fertilization (IVF) in the United Kingdom. Fluent in both English and French, Dr. Salehpour is currently a full professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Additionally, she serves as the Medical Director of the IVF Center at Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital and the Medical Director of the Shayamehr IVF Center, a private clinic. Her clinical experience spans several years, including basic medical science training, clinical courses in various medical fields, internships, and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
